I've rented from Vijay because I know he is reputable and reliable. The last time I used him, I rented out a package of lenses. I took all but one lens out of the camera bag he initially gave me. When I returned the rental, he told me that there was a damaged lens. That damaged lens was the one lens that I truly did not touch. I attempted to dispute the case, but it was too late for Kitsplit to accept it. I ended up paying a deductible to help him purchase a new lens. I have no problem taking ownership of my faults... This was a very suspicious case. For future reference, ALWAYS inspect gear when you're first picking it up. This goes for any renter. Because once the pick up has been completed, Kitsplit has no choice but to believe that everything was in perfect shape.
