Pick up of the equipment was a breeze! The equipment worked perfectly! My only issue was that there was no one to receive the equipment when I went back to the office. But the owner gave me a code to return the equipment inside the office. I will definitely rent from them again!

Sandy Audio Visual was very accommodating when I was trying to download a file from the Tricaster. I need some extra time and he allowed me to drop off a little later than expected. I will definitely rent from them again!

One issue with the equipment. On ME2 of the project that I was using a virtual set on. The COMP buton wouldn't allow me to capture pictures of the scene I was moving the camera. The functionality of the button worked but I couldn't see what it would look like so I had to remember what the button did. Other than that the Tricaster worked as expected.

The rental worked as expected! I have confidence when renting from Sandy AV! I will surely rent from them again!

The equipment had some software issues. The COMP isn’t working properly for virtual sets. I was able to work around it but hopefully it can be fixed before my next rental.

The Tricaster didn't perform as expected. I had problems recording and I wasn't able to make Comps of the Virtual Sets moves that I wanted to build. I mentioned this problem when I turned in the Tricaster last month, but it wasn't addressed. I made a video to turn in to the owner to make him aware of the problem. Hopefully, it will get sent away to be fixed.
