Rental item was not available for pick up on Friday evening as agreed and I was not informed of the delay until that evening. Pickup happened prior to the shoot the next day. Item was a bit more worn than expected from description. Austin was very friendly and easy with the exchange as well as very helpful with explaining using the equipment. Would rent from him again.
