Owned and renovated by filmmakers that know the struggle of finding a good place to use! We also have a rental house for camera gear that we can heavily discount with rental of space, including Alexa, RED, Canon.

Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up.

Rates listed are for photography/film crews with 15 persons or less on site and light load of equipment/etc being brought in the space. Additional crew size can be accommodated at a custom rate.

Cyc wall in space has a $50 paint fee if used. Fee waived for 8 hour rentals. Fee waived if Cyc is not used or painting is not required. Please let us know when booking if the cyc is something you will need to use.

The pictured furniture is included and can be moved as needed, so long as care is taken and it is returned as the completion of the rental.
