Our large classic theater is a 8100 sf theater hall and 1500 sf lobby with concessions, total 430 people capacity. Our space is available for Daily and Weekly rental for Events, Live Music shows, Concerts, DJ events, Motion Picture and television production, Movie Screenings, Premieres, Festivals, Comedy Celebrity Acts, Open-mic events, Art Exhibitions, Company or Corporate Celebration, Business Launch Expo, or just about any event you can envision. There is limited parking in back and a full lot available for an additional rental. There is ample parking on the street. We have 400amps of power and an installed lighting grid and board. We also have the capability to shoot live events in HD and 4k video. We have a full PA system and sound board as well, ready for live events. Give us a call to discuss your full production needs. Situated in the heart of Inglewood's Historic Core, our theatre was once connected to greater Los Angeles by the Red Car system. Today's LA Metro's Crenshaw / LAX line will stop in downtown Inglewood just three blocks from our space. Classic theaters throughout Los Angeles are currently being re-energized as vital cultural venues. In the late 1940s through the early 1960s, this theatre hosted Hollywood film premieres at several movie houses including The Fox Theater, The United Artist's Theater, and The Ritz Theater. Built in 1937, the space is once again home to local and international entertainment. Featuring music, movies, comedy, and community, the theatre offers arts and culture a venue on Market Street.

Venue Rental:
- Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are full day rate (10-12hours) $4,000 plus labor
- If your load out is done by 3pm we charge $3000
- Weekday Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday is $3,500 daily base rate plus labor 5 hrs minimum on Monday - Thursday
- For concert $4500 daily base rate plus labor
