Visual Star Media offers fantastic support before, during, and after rental. When a piece of gear was mistakenly left at his home, he was willing to jump on a late call and help us figure out a way to get it asap. He has been really flexible and accommodating to our ever changing schedule demands and has single handedly made the returning process a breeze for me. Will absolutely rent from in the future.
