This was my first experience using Kitsplit, and it couldn't have been better! Bart is supremely responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He helped me troubleshoot some issues I was having with kitsplit's site right off the bat, and even took a substantial amount of time to help me get the footage onto my harddrive when I was having trouble with it after the shoot. The camera was in perfect condition and came with everything we needed. I had never worked with this camera before, so Bart gave us a thorough walk through when we picked it up. I was impressed by how user friendly this camera is, and how lovely the footage turned out on our run & gun documentary shoot. (A shoot that required us to find the ursa mini at an affordable rate on super short notice, and that could not have happened without Bart's responsiveness and help.)
