Insurance Requirements: COI Required and must be received before shoot date or 30% additional fee in lieu of insurance. (Policy Requirements: Comprehensive General Liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000
aggregate)

Schedule and Studio Access:
• Rentals must be scheduled in advance in Half Day (6 hours) or Full Day (12 hour) periods
• Rental period begins at the scheduled start time (regardless of whether you are here)
• Rental period ends at the end of the 6 hour (or 12 hour) scheduled period.
• Only Full Day (12 hour) shoots are available on weekend days.
• Listed price pays for a full day (12 hour) rental, message to schedule a half day (6 hour) rental
• Use "Pick up" date and time to designate the day and time of your shoot
• Because we are a rental location, "Return" date and time are meaningless, since your rental period is preschedules for 6 or 12 continuous hours
your prescheduled rental period
• Rental Period overage rates are 1.5x the hourly rate prorated in half hour increments. Overage not guaranteed and subject to studio schedule and staff availability
