Not only is she a super chill human being, but she happened to notice that my sensor was quite dirty (my bad). But instead of giving me shit for it she just cleaned it and let me know. Obviously the condition of my gear is my responsibility, but it always feels good to know that your gear will be taken care of by your clients. Hope she rents again!
