Lightbox Creative really understood my needs as a one-person-band on a corporate schedule. I was in a bind and needed a last-minute rental for when my flight landed. (I was ON the plane when I realized i needed the gear) and they worked with me to make sure everything I needed was ready for me comfortably in time for call time.
