Answered all of our questions and was very helpful in finding a good time / place for exchanges. The kit was well maintained with everything we needed and even a few additional pieces of useful hardware.

Super nice dude. Patient with me when I was annoyingly late with returns (I still suck at the subway) and even provided me with a rain cover when he heard I was covering an event that may encounter some heavy weather. Will definitely rent again.
