All of the equipment worked well! HWC was extremely polite. The rental associate forgot my lens/bag at first, but luckily I remembered and quickly went back to retrieve it! Woo! The customer service from HWC was great (especially Alex at the front desk who was very responsive when small issues came up with needing to update the Oculus software and me not having the Admin password). They were also really great about not rushing me when I took time to look over the equipment before picking it up, and lent me an extra cable at no charge when I realized I would need more length of USB to connect the Oculus.

When I returned the equipment they were great about asking what I did and offering to show me other equipment while I was there in person.

I would definitely rent from HWC again, as well as recommend to others.

It couldn't have been easier to rent from Hello World. I even had an issue with parking, as I am not a big studio and did not have a commercial vehicle, so parking on the street to go up and get my rental was not possible. I called them and they brought it down to me since I was alone and couldn't leave the car! Returning it was a simple drop and go....but not before I took a homemade chocolate chip cookie that was warm out of the oven on the counter. Very nice place and nice people. Just note that if you have something large to pick up and you do not have a commercial vehicle, it is advisable to bring someone with you to stay in the car while you pick up.
