Rob is a Director-DP in New York and Los Angeles. After getting his start in crew jobs for studio pictures in New Orleans, LA, he attended a 2-year acting Conservatory in New York. Since graduating, Rob has been in front of, and behind the camera in over 175 films, commercials, and music videos. He has worked on over a dozen award-winning micro-budget films and has had his photos featured by the L.A. Astronomical Society at Griffith Observatory. His hobbies include astrophotography, camping, farming, nature, environmentalism, dogs, his best friends and Led Zeppelin. Rob lives in New York.

OWNER NOTES

This little guy is maybe my favorite piece of gear. Sturdy enough for documentary video, and long exposure photography. Surprisingly strong center column, so it gets some good height (5'5" before the camera).

Converts to Monopod really quick also.

Fits in a carry-on bag without breaking any rules. Remove the head, and this fits in a carry-on bag. Pretty much the perfect lightweight tripod. Studied for months before buying it.

Has an S4 head, which is a stable and versatile head on "travel" tripod legs.

Legs are larger than a regular travel tripod, but barely any heavier (Therefore more stable while still being light).

Robert was very easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating my needs. The lights ability to change between RGB colors using the dial was very helpful and super useful. Would def recommend renting from him!
