Some of my rentals require you to have good reviews or strong mutual Facebook friends. Without either I have done Collateral or something similar.

PICKUP: Doorman can give you a cart on your way up to help you bring larger items down. or back up on return.

Renting from Kyle was a breeze, he's super knowledgable, technical, and was willing to discuss solutions even after the rental to help me light a complicated project. Gear was in perfect working order, and he even threw in an additional small c-stand to help round out the package. He has a ton of interesting gear at his studio, including custom anamorphics. Definitely would rent from Kyle again.
