Hey Kitsplit,

My name is Steven Swancoat, I am a New York based Filmmaker, Painter, Ob/Gyn and Cinema Gear Enthusiast. In 2017 I became inspired to become the movie director I dreamed of as young boy. I went out, bought most all the equipment and upon a flight from an Hong Kong art exhibition I wrote, directed, shot and edited my first Short Film, 'The Singer'. To my amazement the film went on to win over 20 awards and was screened live in over 20 festivals in 7 countries. Currently I am the last stages of principle photography for my first feature documentary.

Since then, I have gone onto accumulate a fair amount of cinema equipment as I think to make quality films you need quality dependable equipment.

With that said, when I am not using my equipment shooting my own films, I feel its a duty to give back to the filmmakers & help supply them with my own custom gear kits to fit their projects, budgets and creative visions.
