Tristan was good renter and brought the slider back on time and undamaged. We had a disagreement about the time the slider was to be returned. The officially requested rental return time was Monday morning. I needed the slider back by Sunday evening for a Monday morning shoot. We discussed this through text messages, Tristan said that wouldn't be a problem, agreed to return the slider on Sunday evening and I approved the rental. I should've officially adjusted the return time with Kitsplit, but didn't know how to do that. That's on me though. On Sunday evening, after multiple texts asking what time the slider would be returned, Tristan pushed the return time later and later and said his shoot was going longer than expected. Tristan finally told me that he had rented the slider until Monday morning and didn't want to bring it back until then. I stressed that I had a shoot Monday morning and that I really needed the slider back on Sunday night as we had agreed over text. Tristan was (understandably) annoyed and eventually brought the slider back around midnight on Sunday night. I take responsibility for not making things official with Kitsplit and thank Tristan for coming through for me.
