Great guy, was respectful of time with easy pickup and dropoff. Unfortunately, lost bag and accessories with camera but paid FMV for those items. It could happen to anyone so I give him a pass. I still recommend renting to Brandon because I trust him to make every effort to care for my equipment the way I do, and I believe he will treat other rentals with the same care.
