Sennheiser Evolution Wireless 500 Series Lavalier Mic Set, in hardshell Gator case.
These are "500" model units -- the top of the line in the Evolution series!

The units are "Aw+" frequency band, featuring 88 Mhz of tunable frequencies (double that of the 100 and 300 series). So you not only have the standard "A" band frequencies (516-558 Mhz) available to you -- these units are tunable all the way down to 470 Mhz. Great when there's a lot of wireless gear around and you're hunting for clear frequencies!

Matt at News at Eleven Productions was an absolute breeze to work with, he was easy to meet up with and very communicative. He even gave me a tour of his incredible basement recording studio, it is unreal. Not to mention, the G4 was brand new, and had never been used!
