Sennheiser Evolution Wireless 500 Series Lavalier Mic Set, in hardshell Gator case.
These are "500" model units -- the top of the line in the Evolution series!

The units are "Aw+" frequency band, featuring 88 Mhz of tunable frequencies (double that of the 100 and 300 series). So you not only have the standard "A" band frequencies (516-558 Mhz) available to you -- these units are tunable all the way down to 470 Mhz. Great when there's a lot of wireless gear around and you're hunting for clear frequencies!
