This was my first time with Kitsplit and I am very pleased to know a source where I am charged only the rental + affordable insurance fee but not the total cost of the lens on my card unlike some other rental places. I am very much pleased with the prompt replies of the people working at Kitsplit, they were very prompt, kind and supportive with all my questions. It was great to be in touch with real human beings. I ll definitely think of Kitsplit if i need to rent equipment and i have already been suggesting it to my photographer friends as a source. Thank you

DCTV forgot the batteries and I had all this equipment delivered. I had to ran back to get the batteries and they were super apologetic. Everything worked out great after that.
