This package is inspected before and after every rental. Pictures are taken to record any damage before and after rentals to ensure renters are not held responsible for possible prior damage and to ensure proper liability for damage. Damaged items will result in replacement fees in accordance with retail prices for respective individual items as per the Tilta website. The same is also true of lost, stolen, unreturned, or items returned with functional, cosmetic, or structural damage beyond ordinary wear and tear per normal use for the product as indicated by the Tilta Nucleus-M Manual.
