Raiko was very helpful and accommodated my last-minute request without complaint. However, after arriving at my location, I found both a light and stand to be missing screws that hampered their functionality to some degree. But, upon finding these issues, Raiko was very cooperative and helped make sure I had what I needed to get my job done. Apparently other elements of the kit were also damaged from the previous renter. My sympathies to Raiko for having to deal with that. Overall very professional service.

The shoulder harness worked well for our needs, and Raiko made pick-up and drop-off convenient and easy. Our camera operator wished there were counterweights available for the mount, but we were able to find a workable solution.

I appreciated the convenience of being able to rent two lavs from one person. All gear and cables were included for sending mic audio over 1/8" or XLR, as well as extra mic clips, some medical tape, and rechargeable batteries. I ran into one issue: mic system 3 produced random static bursts. On set I was not able to rectify the problem despite switching frequencies, cables, and batteries. Raiko was immediately responsive when I let him know about the trouble and offered to help, but for my needs we were able to work around the bad mic. I would recommend thorough testing of this gear before going to shoot.
