This is perfect for 4 point lighting of interviews. I use the soft box and umbrella as my two soft key and the Pro Light to light the hair from behind. Then you have one extra light to light the background. I use this kit all the time for interviews.
It also works well with my green screen. However, I recomend my 2 additional LED panels to light them: https://www.sharegrid.com/losangeles/listings/1553-2-aputure-amaran-led-panel-light
