The drone was purchased in January 2016 and is in "like new" condition. I have used it maybe 15 times, so the battery and aircraft is in great condition! The drone is registered for non-commercial use with the FAA and therefore legally allowed to fly anywhere in the U.S. (with exceptions). Please visit faa.gov and get familiar with the rules and regulations.
If you intend to use the drone outside the U.S. you should research the drone guidelines for the country you are going to visit. I will not be held responsible for eventual fines or legal matters.

Useful Advice:
If you have never flown a drone before, I recommend starting out on an open field and get to know the controls and feature this drone offers. It took me about 2-3 battery charges to get a solid feeling for how the drone behaves. Also, accidents happen and usually the propellers are the first thing to break. That's why I included two sets, so you can continue your adventure. In case one or multiple propellers break, or get heavily damaged, you will have to replace the whole set of 4, since you can't buy them individually. A set costs approximately $25.
*You will need to download the DJI GO APP in order to use this drone.
** I suggest getting a second Micro SD card (8-64Gb) so you don't have to transfer your video footage to your computer after every flight.
