EC Pro Video was awesome - very helpful in setting up the right package, gear was in perfect condition, and they adjusted the kit based on what I needed. Since they close by 6 pm, and I needed a later return, they allowed me to return first thing the next morning w/o an additional day charge. Would go back in a split second.

Amazing! Will definitely use them again. My only issue! And its not an issue at all! The only issue is that I left my base plate on their camera and they never contacted me to let me know. Was hoping someone from Kit Split could put me back in touch with them to get said plate back.

Only caveat is that they have you sign T&C's where if you happen to lose the gear (e.g. someone steals it) you're responsible for the full cost (so they just don't have insurance to cover voluntary parting).

The only issue I had was that I received the wrong Meta-bones speed booster but was later compensated for it. That shows that they value their customers. You can't ask for anything better than that. Will rent again!

Bad rental. was given wrong shot gun mic, it was a 5 pin not 4 and we where not able to use the item. Hav ebeen otu of town this week but very disappointing and waste of money this rental was.

Had a phenomenal rental experience with E.C. Pro Video. They listened intently to all my geek speak as well as kept in step. Not often do I find anyone so knowledgeable about the gear much less a rental house!

Rental went very smooth. It was available and ready to go at the time I specified and they even opened a little early to accept the rental back. They even said that we could set up a time pre rental that I could test out the gear. Can't ask for more than that!

Great rental! Will definitely use E.C. Pro Video again! NOTE: At the time of this rental, the camera came with 2 v60 SD cards, which will allow basic 24/30p 10 bit 4k 4:2:2 capture. (Many online charts state that v60 cards will work at higher frame rates/codecs with the A7S3, but that was not the case with the v60 cards that were supplied with the camera) If you want to shoot at higher frame rates at the best quality, you'll need to supply either v90 SD cards (which allows for most modes) or CFExpress cards (which allows for all modes). This is just something to be aware of, not a knock against E.C. Pro Video. They were great!
