CSI was also super accommodating when our 1 week shoot turned into a 3 week shoot and I needed to extend the rental.

Camera’s great. A couple of employees I dealt with were great.

The experience of dealing with the rental house was less than stellar. I would highly recommend renting from individual over this rental house even if it is slightly more money. They’ll be more understanding, friendly, and helpful.

Maybe they’ll straighten up their act and not toy with the customers and be more professional.
